Join in a very special evening for a sumptuous lobster dinner with all the fixings, hosted by Tom and Irene Snyder to benefit the Bigfork Art and Cultural Center. Click here for : Lobster invite
The menu will be prepared by Chef Howard Karp of the FVCC Culinary School. It includes a variety of seafood such as cod appetizer, clam chowder, clam fritters, clams in butter sauce; along with red potatoes, corn on the cob, sausage, the LOBSTER, huckleberry cobbler and vanilla ice cream.
One of Chef Karp’s first jobs after his apprenticeship in a variety of 5 star hotels throughout Switzerland, was in Newport, Rhode Island. The bake will be prepared New England style and the seafood is also sourced from there.
All diners are in for a special treat!
Beverages are water, iced tea, beer from Flathead Lake Brewing Co. and Chenin Blanc from the Jug Tree.
Dinner will be served al fresco under cover of a party tent, on the beautiful grounds of the Snyder home.
$125/person. Tickets sold at Bigfork Art and Cultural Center. Limited to 50 people.
